"Eismant Was Also on the Square of Changes": New Details of the Murder of Raman Bandarenka Were Revealed

The names of all SOBR and AMAP officers who participated in the crime have been named.

The BYPOL initiative, uniting the security forces who opposed the regime, published the results of its own preliminary check on Raman Bandarenka's death and revealed new details about the murder of Raman. In its preliminary investigation, BYPOL tells what happened to Raman after he was taken from the Square of Changes by bus, in what condition he was taken to the police department and reveals the new names of the members of the group of "concerned citizens" who came that evening to cut white-red-white ribbons to the Square of Changes.

According to BYPOL, that evening, SOBR officers were traveling on a silver bus that took Raman away. Raman was detained at 22:19, but he was brought to the Central District Department of Internal Affairs, which is only 750 meters away, only at 22.58, and already by AMAP officers. They brought Raman into the building, holding him by the arms and legs, and told the police department's operational duty service that he was in a state of strong alcoholic intoxication. After that, the AMAP fighters quickly left the building of the police department.

"Raman's condition by this time was extremely difficult: he could not move independently and was not able to speak. According to the information received from our competent sources, when the AMAP threw him under the observation window of the operational duty officer in the duty station's room, he could only make uncontrolled movements like seizures, BYPOL writes in its report.

After that, they called an ambulance because of Raman's "strong alcoholic intoxication," but in the process of waiting for it, they found out that Bandarenka, most likely, was not drunk. "Not alcoholic intoxication? No, there isn't smell of alcohol at all!"- a police department employee answered the question of the dispatcher of the ambulance department, who called there for the third time when Raman began to lose consciousness.

BYPOL details Raman's condition upon admission to the hospital and the cause of his death. They confirmed the previously known information and added some details.

In addition, BYPOL disclosed the names of new participants in the events at the Square of Changes. According to their information, in addition to Baskau and Shakuta, there were also present:

Natallia Eismant, Lukashenka's press secretary (her location on the square is confirmed by the geolocation of her mobile phone number),

Hanna Eismant, sister of Natallia Eismant's husband, a sports news anchor on Belteleradiocompany's programs (her location on the Square of Changes is also confirmed by information about the location of her mobile phone in the coverage area of a cellular repeater located near the scene of the incident),

Pavel Volchak, a member of Lukashenka's hockey team (in confirmation of his participation, we attach the billing of his mobile phone number),

Zhanetta Volchak, Pavel's wife, psychologist (in confirmation of her participation, we attach the billing of her mobile phone number).

BYPOL reveals names of the SOBR and AMAP officers too.
