Is there the sword of Damocles hanging over Naskevich?

It recently became known that Ivan Naskevich, the head of the committee, which used to be called the Investigative Committee, had written a dissertation. One of the main topics - the importance of organization in the system of preliminary investigation, the Nick and Mike telegram channel writes.

It is understandable: over the entrusted committee the sword of Damocles is hanging. At least 700 employees of the central office have signed up for alternative candidates. Moreover, the investigators have dared to investigate the abuse of power by security officials. And Naskevich has even seen the old one with these cases. What happened next - we have written about it before.

Sources from the Investigative Committee say that even with the comb-out, there is a serious split. The front-runners and careerists are turning a blind eye and ready to trump up all sorts of political cases.

The second part is trying to concentrate on the investigation of real crimes. And let's not forget those who have left the Investigative Committee at all. There are a lot of them, too.

In general, the Investigative Committee, formed in 2011, has fallen into disgrace. When "there is no time for laws", extra bodies only interfere and complicate execution of decisions. Arranging show trials is much easier if the investigation is under the full control of the Interior Ministry. So far they have managed to break down Naskevich, who does not institute criminal proceedings even when it is impossible not to institute them, and still finds the strength to wear the shoulder straps of the Major-General of Justice. Ivan, reread the constitution and flush your shoulder straps down the toilet!

It is interesting to know that Naskevich has never written this dissertation. It was done for him by special investigator and colonel of justice Kamianetski. Not for nothing, of course. Noskevich has thrown Kamianetski a - appointed him the head of the Institute of the Investigative Committee. So to say, the fight against corruption is in full swing and right then and there.
