The European Belarus activist has delivered important information from the Mahiliou prison.

Political prisoner, activist of the European Belarus civil campaign Maksim Viniarski is in a difficult situation, reports Radio Racyja.

His sister Alena Tserashkova says that he is now registered not only as prone to extremism, but also as the one who is allegedly prone to suicide.

Here is a quote from the letter: "One more innovation: now I, as well as my comrades, have been registered not only as prone to extremism, but also as allegedly prone to suicide. And on this occasion I officially declare: they won't wait! I'm going to live long enough not only to see the historical justice with my own eyes - that, I know, is not far off. We all have enough work to do in a free society, and everyone's contribution will be appropriate. Therefore, I am not planning any suicide, this path is unacceptable to me".

Activist Maksim Viniarski was detained on January 22nd and accused of preparation to participation in mass riots.

On May 25, the Mahiliou Regional Court sentenced him to 5 years of imprisonment.
