Worker, Turn Off the Switch!

There is a way to fundamentally change everything.

In a month, it will be exactly one year since the moment when the Belarusians showed the whole world (and, first of all, themselves) what a strong and free nation we are. We made sure that we are actually 97%. And, as shown on July 3, maybe even more. Let's honestly admit to ourselves, what did we lack last year? At what point did the enemy show his weakness and flinch? For me, the answer is simple and easy to visualize: Cockroach frightened to death at the Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant. I am sure that the usurper has more than once heard the voices of the capital's workers in his nightmares.

I will never forget how many of us, workers of Hrodna Azot, came out to protest during the August days. I remember how, during the strike, the windows of adjacent buildings were shaking from the shout "Long live Belarus!". These were the happiest moments of my life. It was the strike that could lead us to victory last year, it is the strike that will lead us to victory in the very near future. The workers' protest is already in effect.

Don't believe me? Just a couple of months ago, employees of the Minsk Dairy Plant wrote letters of resignation to the entire plant. The three percent instantly moved their paws and bowed to the workers.

And here is a fresh example - the Belarusian Metallurgical Plant. The management of the Zhlobin enterprise wanted, like a rat, to quietly "squeeze out" an undesirable employee. The employees of the automation department wrote an appeal and began to collect signatures. 150 brave metalheads stood up for their colleague. As soon as they smelled a stoppage of the blast furnace, the appointees began to backtrack. Even the specter of a worker's protest causes panic among the workers.

And now let's take into account the experience of our colleagues from Minsk and Zhlobin. Underpaid? Let's go on strike! Working conditions violated, even if minimally? Nobody works! Has the boss insulted a colleague? Let's all together demand the resignation of their superiors. This is a method to be heard, it is a way to change everything fundamentally.

I think that today there are no illusions about “warm places” at Belarusian factories. The Belarusian industry is going downhill. And this fundamentally changes the matter. After all, if last year someone from the working fraternity thought to "sit out," to keep "a bird in the hand" in the form of a $ 200 salary, today it is absolutely clear that the regime is going to transfer us to pasture. This has already been said in plain text.

We need to act now. A few more months of the management of the crazy old man, and the country will face a real economic collapse. It is enough for everyone to spend two weeks (or maybe less) together outside the walls of the plant to hear the noise of a Boeing flying away from Drazdy. For a long time, we were told that “we need to work for the good of our homeland,” but everything has changed - we need to stop the machines in order to save our country.

Worker, turn off the switch! We will take the last step on the way to a free Belarus and stock up on champagne because the stores will soon run out of it. I advise the ideologists and Cockroach's maids to stock up on Validol. Looking at the empty workshops from the factory rooms is "a troublesome business," as the famous Belarusian hero used to say.
