You need to fight for your rights.

One of the leaders of the strike movement in Belarus, Siarhei Dyleuski, during a conversation on the Malanka Media Youtube channel, told how best to prepare for the strike:

- An effective strike is simply to prevent the maximum number of people from going to work, that is, not starting work, so that the machine does not start.

The best way to approach the preparation of a strike for one and all is to protect yourself as much as possible, I mean financially. Stock up on food, create some kind of financial cushion. Neither spend money on cinema, nor clothes, but approach it wisely. When you receive a salary - set aside some amount that is enough for you to feed your family for two weeks.

And, first of all, you have to be prepared morally.

Our task, the Belarusian Workers' Association, is to prepare the ground for people to survive as comfortably as possible for two or three weeks while the country is on strike.

Siarhei Dyleuski also called on Belarusian workers to fight for their rights:

- The essence of everything we do, the essence of all these appeals is precisely to show people that it is impossible to live like this anymore. It is impossible to work with worn-out equipment, to work at half-destroyed shops, to receive pennies for it, and not to see any return from the authorities for the fact that we are feeding them.

This was the main goal of my video message, as well as to urge people to start fighting for their rights. We are the strongest stratum of the population, I mean physically strong. And we can fight for our rights. Both legally and physically.
