Remember the question, "Who would you take with you to a desert island?" Well, the current situation is about the same as going on a trip. You can prepare for it alone, but it is much easier to prepare together with someone: a colleague at work, a comrade who works in another company/plant. It's important that you can support each other.

And you can even think together about a full-fledged plan for each day of the strike. Go fishing on one day, go camping on another, or watch all the parts of "The Expendables" or another movie on the third day. The weather is fine for now. The main thing is to be together.

In the pre-strike time, get together and shop for groceries together, think about who else you can include in your company, who you still trust. Don't get be preoccupied with chats. Why them when you can just call a friend and ask him to watch a soccer game? Chats won't fix anything. Only you yourself can fix it.
