It is impossible to say in whose sick mind this nonsense was born. Most likely, it was the collective inflamed mind or the collective marasmus. However, such actions are supposed to provoke a border conflict. Given that Poland is a NATO country, this conflict will be more serious than just a dispute between two neighbors.

The blue-fingered one really wants that Russia to pull the chestnuts out of the fire for him. Then again there is a chance to do without referendums, constitutions and transits...
