Vladimir Sungorkin believes that his publication is conscientiously covering the state of affairs in the country.

The editor-in-chief of the Russian Komsomolskaya Pravda Vladimir Sungorkin commented on the blocking of the Belarusian version. He told RBC that the Russian media have long had difficulties in Belarus.

“In Belarus, it has been forbidden to distribute and print Komsomolskaya Pravda for more than a year. They believe we don't cover the events in Belarus in the right way, they are sure that you cannot write about Belarus the way we do,” Sungorkin said.

He considers the edition to be "quite conscientious" in its coverage of the situation in the country.
