Belarusian Border Guards Armed With Assault Rifles Damage Barbed Wire On The Border With Lithuania: Video

Belarusian special services illegally transferred migrants.

The Lithuanian State Border Guard Service shared a surveillance video from the Lithuanian-Belarusian border, made on the night of October 5. It shows that Belarusian border guards armed with assault rifles damaged the barbed wire on the border with Lithuania in order to organize an illegal border crossing, according to Delfi.

It is reported that the border guards, using a video surveillance system near the village of Taboryshki in the Šalčininkai disitrict, detected 12 people from the Belarussian side. There were two Belarusian border guards in uniform and with assault rifles.

Seven people in this group were migrants, and three more were representatives of the Belarusian special services. Belarusian border guards cut the barbed wire and sent illegal migrants through the hole. Lithuanian border guards detained the migrants.

When the Lithuanian border guards came to the border in cars, five Belarusians fled the scene and watched what was happening through the bushes. An hour later they got into an official UAZ and drove away along the border. Later, the car was spotted on a patrol road, ordinary non-military people cannot reach it.

The migrants - six men and one woman - did not have identity documents. They said that they were citizens of Iran and Bangladesh. After carrying out the necessary procedures, the migrants were returned to Belarus.

Recall, almost 4.2 thousand migrants had come illegally from Belarus to Lithuania last year. Lithuania calls the influx of migrants from Belarus a year ago a hybrid attack of the Belarusian regime.
