Criminal Case Was Initiated Against Mother Of Deceased Soldier of Kalinouski Regiment

A criminal case has been opened against Natallia Suslava, the mother of the deceased soldier of the Kastus Kalinouski Regiment, Pavel “Volat”, according to Viasna Human Rights Center.

They reported that a criminal case has been initiated against Pavel's mother, who is currently in Ukraine, under Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code of Belarus (“Assistance to extremist activity”) for an interview with the Belsat TV channel.

Recall that the commander of the reconnaissance company Pavel "Volat", who stood at the origins of the creation of the Kalinouski Regiment, died on May 15 while on a fighting mission in southern Ukraine.
