Chaos Reigns At Belarusian Enterprises

Lackeys are trying to avoid the sad fate.

While the Lukashists are issuing new idiotic laws and appeals, Belarusians are forced to look for some loopholes that help them survive in the realities of the dictatorship. Lackeys are trying to avoid their sad fate and stay in their offices as long as possible. But sometimes such laws can intensify the clashes between toads and vipers among the elite who control politics.

On December 23, Prosecutor General Andrei Shved announced that they adopted an “anti-corruption strategy” for the first time in Belarus. They emphasized “involving the public in the fight process as much as possible”. Andrei Shved expects that the people of Belarus will start actively reporting corruption at law enforcement agencies and “ratting out” officials who live beyond their means.

The workers of the enterprises initially laughed at the prosecutor's ridiculous statement, however, when they heard the authorities’ comments about this full of fear, they understood: this is it! The leadership literally "spilt out" the fact that now the workers have a new lever of pressure. Since the "cushy jobs" at Belarusian factories are appointed either "their own people" or directly by order from above and 90% of the bosses can be caught in some kind of corruption schemes. Especially if you study purchases for the period of repairs and compare the purchase price with the manufacturer's price. Everything will be there: from nepotism to direct kick-back schemes.

For example: I remember my workshop, where expensive level gauges were installed on equipment that had been decommissioned for a long time. Only at only one stage, two absolutely unnecessary devices cost 32,000 euros at that time. I am sure that if we count such purchases for non-working equipment at the plant, there would be six zeros sums. The calculation at all enterprises in Belarus will clearly show the necessary sum to build a new profitable plant from scratch.

Now the enterprises are in chaos. Only persons loyal to the regime, who, unfortunately, understand little about management and marketing, come to leadership positions. On the one hand, we can let them destroy the economy of Belarus even further, or we can force them to tear each other apart, thereby accelerating the collapse of the regime. One call, even an anonymous one, and the odious boss will simply be "pecked" with audits and, obviously, something will be found. They wanted Lukashenka's power, they did not take the side of the workers - now it's our turn. Appointees will be imprisoned for each colleague who was thrown into jail by the Lukashists. As you know, there is also tension with them now, which means that very soon the regime will be engaged in self-elimination.
