Lavrov Announces Start Of "Next Phase" Of War Against Ukraine

This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Interfax reports.

"This operation will continue, the next phase of it is now starting," Lavrov said in an interview with India Today TV channel.
