Russia Incongruously Lost Another Ship

It has served less than five months.

Russia has lost one more ship; it has served less than five months. The patrol ship Rasul Gamzatov was damaged during a crossing to the Sea of Azov.

Unian.net reported it with reference to Defense Express.

The aggressor country incongruously lost another ship. It was a part of the coast guard of the Border Guard Service of the Russian Federal Security Service. It will not be possible to quickly repair Rasul Gamzatov of Project 22460.

The publication, citing its sources, reports the Russian ship was damaged when it was on the way to the Volga-Don Canal. It intended to be moved from the Caspian Sea to the Sea of Azov.

The tugboat, on which the patrol ship was being moved, damaged its propeller-rudder elements. As a result, the left shaft line was out of order. In addition, the tug bent the left propeller blade.

Russia will not be able to repair the ship. The repair will take much time because the aggressor country does not have the necessary spare parts. The ship served less than five months. As of April 21, the ship was in the Rostov port of Azov.
