Two Russian Infantry Platoons And Several IFVs Destroyed: Participant In The Battle Near Siversky Donets River Tells His Story

A Ukrainian commander told how they scuttled the occupiers near Bilohorivka.

Kostyantyn, the platoon commander of the tank battalion of the 10th Motorized Brigade, participated in the battle on the Siversky Donets River. He described the details of their victory.

The editor-in-chief of Censor.NET Yuri Butusov published the video.

“We had two vehicles, we disguised ourselves and waited for an order to advance to the firing line. Approximately 20 minutes after we took our places in the shelter, we rode into position and opened fire on the enemy. At first, the enemy was not visually observed, but after 20 minutes the small groups of the enemy infantry, infantry fighting vehicles, and boats appeared. We targeted the enemy," he said.

According to him, the invaders had 4-5 infantry fighting vehicles, two boats, vehicles with pontoon crossings and 1-2 infantry platoons. The enemy was at a distance of 1.2 km. In this battle, the Ukrainian defenders lost one soldier - Mykola Yanishin.

"We destroyed up to about 2 infantry platoons, also a couple of infantry fighting vehicles, a boat that sank, and much more."
