Territorial Defence Fighters Destroyed Russian T-90M Tank In Kharkiv Region Which Shot Up Convoy With Civilians

Local territorial defence soldiers destroyed the newest Russian T-90M tank in Stary Saltov, Kharkiv region - it was hit with a grenade launcher which literally turned the enemy's equipment into scrap metal.

The tank was destroyed even earlier - the village itself was liberated by Ukrainian defenders about a fortnight ago. Now the Ukrainian military have filmed the destroyed equipment in detail and described how they managed to liquidate it together with the occupants who were there.

A video to this effect was published on Facebook by the AFU Territorial Defense.

The author of the video said that this tank was driven by participants in a tank biathlon, a competition in which tank crews compete to see how well they can control their vehicles and how accurately they can shoot from them. However, such skills did not help the occupants to survive, says the author of the video.

It is also noted that this particular crew had previously shot at a convoy of civilians from the tank. Five to six vehicles carrying civilians came under enemy fire and more than 20 people were killed.
