Kadyrov’s Friend Who Tortured Child During Occupation Of Kyiv Region Found

The security service has identified another war criminal from the Russian Federation who committed atrocities against civilians during the temporary occupation of one of the villages in the Kyiv region. Among the victims of the actions were minor children.

This was reported by the press center of the SBU.

As noted, the attacker turned out to be the commander of the special-purpose mobile detachment (better known as OMON) of the Russian Guard in the Chechen Republic ‘Akhmat’, Bisayev Anzor Saladievich. This occupier was part of Kadyrov's inner circle.

“In early March, while in the territory of the village of Babintsy, Bucha district, the invader, together with his subordinates, broke into one of the private local houses and abducted a teenager. At gunpoint, and putting a knife to his head, the invaders demanded from him information about the location of the Ukrainian troops,” the report says.

When the torture did not bring the “desired result”, the invaders put the guy in an armored car, and continued to abuse him, using violence and threats of physical massacre.

After the liberation of the Kyiv region, the attacker fled to the territory of the Russian Federation, where he is hiding from justice.

Investigators of the Security Service informed him of suspicion under Part 1 of Article 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Comprehensive measures are being continued to bring the occupier to justice.

Measures to expose the attacker were carried out by the SBU in Kyiv and the Kyiv region under the procedural leadership of the prosecutor's office.
