Explosions Near Simferopol: Equipment Lost By Occupiers

The enemy's losses after the defeat of the Dzhankoy base have also become known.

The day before, explosions were heard at Russian military facilities in temporarily occupied Crimea.

Ammunition, artillery units and one plane were destroyed in Dzhankoy and Gvardeyske.

The advisor to the head of the Ukrainian presidential office, Oleksiy Arestovych, said this in a conversation with Russian human rights activist Mark Feygin on August 17, TSN reported.

"The arrivals were in Dzhankoy. They hit artillery mounts that the occupiers have installed there. Ammunition depots were also on fire. The railway was also slightly damaged, it has already been repaired. Also some shells arrived in Gvardeyske. According to our data one Su-24 is definitely destroyed there. And several Su-24s and Su-25s are probably damaged as well. Ammunition was also burning there," Arestovych said.

We remind you that on August 16, explosions were heard at the military airbase in the settlement of Gvardeyske, Simferopol district of Crimea, and black smoke was seen.
