Belarus Not To Have Elon Musk's Satellite Internet

Russia, China, Iran, Syria, Afghanistan and North Korea also found themselves in the “grey zone”.

On September 19, Elon Musk announced that Starlink connectivity is now available on all continents, including Antarctica. However, Belarusians will not be able to use this satellite network.

The fact is that on the official website of the spacex.com project, Belarus is listed as a country that is neither on the “waiting list” nor among those that will soon have access to satellite Internet. Among the countries marked with a gray zone were also Russia, China, Iran, Syria, Afghanistan, and North Korea.

If you try to order satellite Internet at the Belarusian address on the website, they answer: “Thank you for your interest in the order. Starlink is not yet available in your region due to regulatory approval pending. Our coverage will continue to expand as we receive approvals, so please check back for future availability in your area.”
