However, it all depends on what is happening in Ukraine.
Nobel Prize winner, Belarusian writer Sviatlana Aleksievich spoke in favour of increasing Western support for Ukraine. She said this to journalists in Kaunas, where she was awarded the regalia of Honorary Doctor of the University of Vytautas the Great, BNS reports:
"I think the war will continue, and our help from the West should be even more. Since Russia is a huge country. What does mobilization mean? How many people will be there? And it is not clear that some revolutionary breakthrough occur in Russia. We can't see it yet."
At the same time, Sviatlana Aleksievich is also sure that dictatorships will not be able to stop time. She is sure that changes are coming in Belarus. However, today much depends on the developments in Ukraine.
"Actually, it all depends on what is happening in Ukraine. We all must help Ukraine, we must defeat Putin."
