Ukrainian MP Oleksiy Honcharenko Urges Kyiv To Sever Diplomatic Relations With Lukashenka Regime
OLEKSIY HONCHARENKO

We need to be more resolute in our actions.

Ukrainian politician Oleksiy Honcharenko first spoke about the situation in his hometown of Odesa, which was hit by the occupiers with Iranian drones. Against the background of the above, a well-known blogger urged the Ukrainian authorities to think about breaking off diplomatic relations with those countries that openly provide military support to Russia in the war against Ukraine, namely Iran and the Republic of Belarus.

Oleksiy Honcharenko stated this in an interview for the Priamiy TV Channel.

“Iran actually acted as an ally, supplying weapons to Putin, he uses these weapons against peaceful Ukrainian cities, among other things. Not only for military purposes, therefore, it seems to me that we should respond to this,” Oleksiy Honcharenko said.

Then the MP was indignant that his country has not yet severed diplomatic relations with Belarus, although it should have done it a long time ago: “Today we are the advance guard vanguard of the free world. Iran is a dictatorship that flirts with other dictatorships and endlessly passionately kisses Putin. I don't understand why we haven't broken off diplomatic relations with Belarus yet, they use it as a base to just shoot at us and attack us. Now we have Iran. We need to be more resolute in our actions, including diplomatic ones, in order to respond to such things.”
