A Russian ‘Mobic’ Was Drinking In A Bar For Twelve Days Escaping The War

During the day, the soldier was drinking alcohol, and at night he slept in the hall.

The ‘mobic’ was drinking in a bar for 12 days, fleeing the war, in the Vladimir region of the Russian Federation.

The VChK-OGPU project reported it with a reference to the verdict passed under the criminal article on the unauthorized abandonment of the military unit during the period of mobilization in relation to V.V. Ryazanov, a mobilized from the Lipetsk region.

As noted in the documents, on October 18, 2022, a mobilized soldier climbed over a fence of the military unit in the town of Kovrov and went to drink in a cafe.

After the cafe closed, soldier Ryazanov went to the Slavyanka Grill Bar, where he stayed until October 30. For almost two weeks. The mobilized soldier was drinking during the day and slept in a bar at night. All this continued until military police officers came to the Slavyanka and took him out of the premises.

Soldier Ryazanov was sentenced to two years in a colony-settlement.
