Russia's Largest Metallurgical Plant Located Near Moscow Catches Fire

The fire started in the battery shop.

On the evening of March 25, a fire broke out at the Fregat metallurgical plant near Moscow. One of the shops caught fire.

According to RBC-Ukraine, this was stated in the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.

“A fire broke out in the battery shop in the building 6, Kirov Street, 3,” the ministry said in a statement.

It is noted that the building where the fire started is metal frame.

The Fregat plant is the largest metallurgical plant in Russia which specializes in the production of secondary lead. Last summer, it suspended production.
