The Russians' assaults failed.
Yesterday was a ‘black’ day for the Russian occupiers who launched an attack in Kursk region, said the press officer of the 47th separate mechanised brigade of the AFU Anastasia Blishchik on air of the TV marathon, writes unian.net.
‘Yesterday was a ‘black’ day for the Russian occupiers, who tried to storm in 5-6 waves. They tried to fly in on vehicles with a landing party, but 10 units of armoured vehicles were destroyed by soldiers of the 47th SMBr - three APCs were blown up on mines, and other hardware was destroyed with the help of FPV-drones and the Stugna PTRK,’ she stressed.
At the same time, other armoured vehicles were destroyed by neighbouring brigades of the AFU. The press officer noted that part of the occupants were destroyed, while those who were lucky enough to survive - ran away and hid in plantations. According to her, they are being searched for by Ukrainian UAVs and will be liquidated.
‘Yesterday there was a failed assault by the Russian occupiers,’ Blishchik emphasised.
She also said that recently the fighters of the 47th SMBr captured a serviceman of the Russian 155th brigade, who said that he witnessed the torture, shooting and posthumous beheading of Ukrainian prisoners. At that, he revealed those who gave the order and committed this war crime.
