It has become known who will be affected the most.
The Lithuanian Customs Service will tighten border controls on dual-use goods exported from the EU from November 11.
The Lithuanian Customs Service reported on its website.
The tightened controls will mostly affect exporting companies rather than ordinary travelers.
Dual-use goods are goods that can be used during combat or for the production of items used for military purposes.
"Special attention will be paid to electronics, such as chips, microcircuits and other electronic components. There will also be stricter controls on the export of goods that are subject to exceptions from the sanctions regulations, such as medical diagnostic equipment, various mechanisms, their parts and similar goods," the Lithuanian Customs Service reports.
