Ukrainian Forces Defeated Russian Armored Assault Near Krasnohorivka

Six units of the invaders' armored vehicles were destroyed.

The soldiers of the 46th separate airmobile brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled the Russian assault attempt near Krasnohorivka in the Kurakhovsky direction. On August 23, an armored group of the occupiers advanced towards the position of the Ukrainian defenders.

However, the enemy's movement was noticed, after which various means of destruction was used against the Russians.

The press service of the 46th Airborne Assault Brigade published a video of combat operations and reported the destruction of enemy vehicles.

First, Ukrainian artillery fired at the Russian armored group, consisting of tanks and infantry fighting vehicles. Subsequently, the operators of FPV strike drones also joined in.

According to the paratroopers, six units of armored vehicles of the Russian invaders were destroyed near Krasnohorivka: one tank and four infantry fighting vehicles.

To repel another attempt by the Russians to storm the city, all available means of fire destruction were used.
