According to the resource, as a result of a successful strike by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, deputy commander Mikhailov was eliminated, and the commander of the same unit went to a hospital bed.
“Bad news arrived yesterday. As a result of fire damage from enemy FPV drones in the Glushkovsky district of the Kursk region, the deputy battalion commander for air defense of the 234th Airborne Assault Regiment of the 76th Airborne Assault Division, Major Yuri Aleksandrovich Mikhailov, was killed. The commander of the same battalion, who was in another vehicle, was seriously wounded,” the Z-channel reported.
He complained that in the Kursk region, the territory near the combat zone is ”teeming with drones” of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The personnel and equipment of the Russian Armed Forces are being precisely and accurately destroyed, and there is an acute shortage of electronic warfare systems.
”This is a repeat of the situation that was in the area of the settlement of Krynky in the winter and spring of this year, when the enemy covered the sky with its drones. Only this time it is scaled up many times over,” the Russians complained.
