A warehouse with ammunition has burnt down in Crimea temporarily occupied by Russia, because of the fire on the railway, the traffic was blocked from the "Dzhankoy" to the "Simferopol" stations - about 100 kilometres of track, reports the ASTRA Telegram-channel with reference to sources in the emergency services.

It is noted that the fire occurred in the evening of August 6 at the ammunition depot at the site of temporary deployment of the 104th Guards Airborne Assault Division near the villages of Leninske and Zvezdne of Krasnogvardeysk district.

"The burning munitions detonated, their fragments fell near residential houses in the villages of Zvezdne, Leninske and Andriivka. There are no known casualties. Local "authorities" did not comment on the situation, the exact causes of the fire are unknown," stated the report.
