Drones attacked the 23rd arsenal of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate of the Russian Defense Ministry near Oktyabrskoye settlement in Tver Oblast, Russia. Local residents report powerful explosions.

The 23rd arsenal of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate is located just 16 kilometers south of the previously destroyed 107th arsenal in Toropets.

The Crimean Wind monitoring group, based on satellite imagery, recorded a powerful fire at the 23rd arsenal of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate.

The number of fires is increasing every minute.

The second photo shows the relative positions of the 23rd arsenal in Oktyabrskoye and the 107th arsenal in Toropets.

Astra also writes that, according to its data, the 23rd arsenal of Russia’s Main Missile and Artillery Directorate in the village of Oktyabrskoye in the Tver region was attacked.

On the night of September 18, Ukrainian drones controlled by the SSU, Defence Intelligence and SOF dealt a crushing blow to a large warehouse of the missile and artillery department of the Russian Ministry of Defense in the village of Toropets in the Tver region.
