Ukrainian forces advanced in the Novopavlovsk direction.
The Ukrainian defense forces have had significant success in the Novopavlivka direction. Thanks to the coordinated and decisive actions of the 214th Separate Assault Battalion and the 5th Separate Assault Brigade, the settlements of Alekseevka and Stepnoye have been completely cleared.

Colossal losses of the enemy
As a result of the operation, the enemy suffered catastrophic losses both in manpower and in weapons and military equipment (WME). The data voiced by Valentin Manko testify to the high efficiency of the Ukrainian assault units.

Unrecoverable (dead) - 32 people;
Sanitarian (wounded) - 7 people;
Captured - 3 people;

Destroyed 1 unit of automotive equipment.
The enemy's losses in the settlement of Stepnoye and the forest belt between Stepnoye and Alekseevka
Returned (dead) - 85 people;
Sanitarian (wounded) - 24 people;
6 units of automotive equipment (AO) were damaged;
5 units of automotive equipment (AO) were destroyed.
Total irrecoverable losses of the enemy amounted to 117 servicemen.
Rebuttal of Russian propaganda
Valentin Manko also noted that the information of Russian propaganda about the alleged "capture" of Alekseevka does not correspond to reality.
"Our troops are holding their positions, inflicting losses on the enemy and taking prisoners," the head of the Assault Units Department emphasized.
The operation showed not only the successful return of territories under Ukrainian control, but also the high professionalism and morale of the AFU assault units.
