Finland Prepares New Military Package For Ukraine Worth 52 Million Euros

Finland will send the 30th military aid package to Ukraine, President Alexander Stubb decided on the issue following a government proposal on October 17.

This was announced by the press service of the Finnish Defense Ministry, writes "European Truth".

The value of the supplies within this package will be approximately 52 million euros.

The package will consist mainly of new orders from Finnish companies.

- The future of a free and secure Europe will be decided in Ukraine - this requires perseverance and firmness from all allies," said Defense Minister Antti Häkkanen.

For operational reasons and to ensure the cargo reaches its destination, Finland is not releasing further details about the content of the aid, the method of delivery or the schedule

The decision on the aid took into account both Ukraine's needs and the resources of the Finnish armed forces, the Finnish Defense Ministry added.
