Zelensky On Tomahawk Missiles: Trump Hasn't Said "yes" Yet, But Putin Is Already Scared

Relations between the US president and the Ukrainian leader have improved significantly.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said that US President Donald Trump has not yet agreed to transfer Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine. At the same time, Kremlin chief Putin is afraid of this decision.

This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Ukrainian head of state's interview for NBC News.

"It's good that President Trump didn't say no, but he didn't say yes either," the Ukrainian president said.

Zelensky emphasized that equipping the Ukrainian military with Tomahawk missiles is a serious concern for Putin.

-"I think Putin is afraid that the United States will supply us with Tomahawk. And I think he is really afraid that we will use them," the Ukrainian head of state added.
