Zelensky Said He Is Ready To Go To Budapest

Ukraine's president urged Trump to be "tougher".

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has said he is ready to travel to Budapest for a meeting between US President Donald Trump and Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.

Zelensky said this during an interview on NBC News.

When asked if he would push for a trip to Budapest, the Ukrainian president said he told the American leader, "I am ready."

Zelensky also said that Trump should put more pressure on the Russian dictator than on Hamas.

"Putin is like Hamas, but stronger than it. The war is larger in scale, and the Russian army is the second largest in the world, so more pressure is needed," the Ukrainian president said.
