Occupied Feodosia Is On Fire

Residents are having trouble breathing.

A fire continues on the territory of the joint-stock company "Marine Oil Terminal" in temporarily occupied Feodosia. This was reported by the monitoring group "Crimean Wind" with reference to satellite images. It is noted that the fire occurred in two points of the facility at once.

According to the Exilenova publick, the fire spread to other fuel tanks, and the plume of smoke reaches almost 21 km.

According to observers, the winds in the area of the incident are constantly shifting, causing the plume of smoke to occasionally drift toward communities west of the terminal.

On the morning of October 6, smoke was descending to the ground on the Kerch Peninsula, which is located 45 kilometers from the site of the fire.

Local residents report a strong smell of fuel and difficulty breathing due to smoke. Russian rescue units are reportedly working in the area of the accident, but the fire has not been completely extinguished yet.
