The meeting was productive.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky met with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, European Council President António Costa and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen to update them on negotiations with the United States.

In his Telegram feed, he called the meeting "good and productive."

The Ukrainian president briefed the leaders on the situation on the diplomatic track. According to him, they discussed in detail the work with American partners on steps for peace, guaranteeing security and strengthening our sustainability.

The PURL initiative and the reparation loan were also touched upon.

"We have coordinated positions on all issues. We act in a coordinated and constructive manner. Thank you for the meeting and for your support," he said.

Rutte, for his part, also praised the meeting.

On December 8, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, as well as British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, French President Emmanuel Macron and Chancellor Friedrich Merz discussed the US peace plan.

Zelensky earlier said that provisions controversial for Ukraine had been removed from the U.S. peace plan - it now retains 20 points from the previous 28.
