A Russian City Wants To Erect An Ugly Monument To The "family Of An NWO Soldier"

In Troitsk, Chelyabinsk region, local sculptor Alexander Timofeev proposed to the authorities to install in the city a monument "The Family of a Soldier of the NWO" of his own production. However, the mayor of the city Dmitri Gatov did not take responsibility for the decision and decided to ask the opinion of the residents, writes the local edition 74.ru.

The monument was planned to be placed on Lenina Street, near the building of the Veterans Council. But the citizens, having seen the project, sharply criticized the work. In comments the sculpture was called "rough", "unprocessed", and some even expressed the opinion that it was made by a person without skills. They also mentioned that the work "has no soul".

At the end of the day, 68.4% of the voting participants opposed the installation of the monument. Troitsk authorities stated that they would take into account the results of the poll during further work on the improvement of the city space.
