US Seizes Second Plane Of Lukashenka's Friend

A symbolic warrant was pasted on the door of the business jet.

The US has seized the second aircraft of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro. A symbolic warrant was pasted on the door of a Dassault Falcon 200ex business jet at the airport in Santo Domingo, the capital of the Dominican Republic.

Venezuela's state-owned PDVSA bought the aircraft in 2017. Since then, it has been ‘serviced and repaired many times using parts from the United States,’ which contradicts the sanctions imposed against PDVSA. The aircraft will soon be transferred to Miami.

The Venezuelan politician's first business jet was seized six months ago. It is now also in the state of Florida.
