Trump Refused To Name His Main Disagreement With Putin

The US President stated that "somebody is going to publicize it anyway".

After talks with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, US President Donald Trump says they had a "very frank" conversation and are making progress, but will not yet publicly disclose a key disagreement.

According to Fox News.

He said any decision to end the war must be agreed upon by Ukraine and President Vladimir Zelensky.

"We've talked very frankly. I think he wants to see it through," Trump said.

When asked if he would be willing to publicize "one big issue" on which he and Putin disagree, he said, "I'd rather not do that. I think somebody will publicize it anyway..... I want to see if we can finalize it. It's not at all a done deal yet. And Ukraine has to agree ... President Zelensky has to agree."

Trump added that he hoped the process would be completed, "That would be a great accomplishment for them. Not about me. For them."
