Illegals are increasingly coming storming in.

The activity of migrants, fixed by the EU countries on the border with Belarus, continues to grow, despite the measures taken. This is evidenced by "Pozirkam" analysis of data from the border services of Latvia, Lithuania and Poland.

In January - July 2025, 27,360 attempts of illegal border crossing from Belarus to the EU were recorded. This is 7.2% more than in the same period of 2024 and 12.7% more compared to 2023.

The most popular destination for migrants remains Poland. Despite a slight decrease in tension, the share of attempts to illegally cross the Polish border still remains the highest: if in January - July 2023 it was 72.3%, in 2024 - 84.4%, and in 2025 - 67.4%.

The migration crisis on the border between Belarus and the EU countries has been going on since spring 2021. The authorities of neighboring European countries consider it a "hybrid attack" organized by the regimes in Minsk and Moscow.
