Соглашение между правительством Республики Беларусь и Комиссией Европейских сообществ об учреждении, привилегиях и иммунитетах представительства Еврокомиссии в Беларуси будет подписано 7 марта в Брюсселе.

just some facts ... she (and her officials) in the EC did NOT answer one of
the man protest emails sent to her in January 2008 - requesting HER
protest in the case of political prisoner Artur Finkevich.
Was Mrs. Ferrero-Waldner silent because of the EC-office in Minsk?
