BHC to observe the elections

The Belarusians Helsinki Committee will observe the elections even in case the opposition will boycott them. New head of the organisation Aleh Hulak told it.

“People have the right of choice, even if someone boycott the elections, they will take place all the same, and we will observe them. Our task is to observe and notice violations and make them public. People will draw conclusions,” A. Hulak told.
