Colonel Paulichenka appeared nude in public (Photo)

The former commander of the Internal Troops special force has taken part in the traditional bathing on Epiphany in the village of Zadamlya Minsk region.

In the end of October Dzmitry Paulichenka was appointed deputy commander of corps for protection of public order of the interior troops of the Ministry of Internal Affaires on combat practice. New duties of Dzmitry Paulichenka include organising training of police units and educational work with personnel.

In December last year mass media informed that Paulichenka was placed into intensive care with a blood-stroke. However, later reports said he was just placed to hospital for a check-up.

As we have informed, Dzmitry Paulichenka is suspected of implication in forcible abductions and assassinations of the former Interior Affairs Ministry Yury Zakharanka and a journalist Zmitser Zavadsky. He is banned from entering the US and the EU countries.
