The person suspected of committing Minsk metro terrorist attack had been preparing explosions in a train, at a stop and in a bus.
It has been stated by Alyaksandr Lukashenka in Naroulya today when he answered questions of journalists, BelTA reports.
“This man had learned the craft by watching television and studying it on the Internet as his testimony says. He saw it there for the first time. I think it could be made public today. If we hadn’t prevented this terrorist attack now, there would have been explosions in a train (he saw the Neva Express train in Russia), at a stop (explosive devices had been prepared and he has showed them) and in a bus. Everything like in Russia,” said Alyaksandr Lukashenka.
