Demands to Škoda not to sponsor IIHF World Championship 2014 (Photo)

Belarusians held a picket near  Škoda headquarters.

We remind  Škoda is the main sponsor of the 2014 Ice Hockey World Championship in Belarus.

The picket organized by the Association for Modernization attracted about 20 people. Picketers had posters, portraits of political prisoners and national flags in their hands. Participants of the action handed  out leaflets telling about the situation in Belarus, “Belorusski Partizan” reports.

After the picket, a petition was handed over to  Škoda bosses asking not to sponsor the IIHF World Championship 2014 in Minsk if Lukashenka's dictatorial regime still exists in Belarus.
