The European Belarus activist was summoned to appear at the police department on May 28. Two reports about administrative violations were drawn up against him there.
We remind that Andrei Mouchan was detained by police in Minsk on May 19. He unfurled a white-red-white flag near Pershamajski supermarket in solidarity with a political prisoner Syarhei Kavalenka. Just in a few minutes policemen arrived and detained him. Andrei Mouchan was brutally beaten, he got numerous injuries, Radio Svaboda informs.
Reports for violations under articles of the Administrative Code were drawn up against the oppositionist. He was charged with “use of foul language” and “staging an unsanctioned picket.” BelaPAN was told at the police department the that a criminal case on charges related to insult of the president and beating a policemen on duty could be opened against Mouchan. Now these charges are not mentioned any more.
Andrei Mouchan says that now he is busy with medical treatment (he still feels unwell) and reviewing for the examination period.
