Yelsk Executive Committee of the Gomel region has announced a tender for the purchase of a car. Officials want, neither more nor less, a luxurious Jeep Volkswagen Touareg. Pay for such a "necessary" purchase they plan from the local budget, reports TUT.by.
On the website of the National Center of Marketing and Price is a tender announcement from Yelsk Executive Committee. Details of the price request suggest that Yelsk officials know much about good and expensive cars. Judge for yourself: they want to buy a Touareg V6 TDI Tiptronic or its equivalent, the engine - 3.0 V6 TDI, 150 kW/204 hp, transmission - 8-speed AT, color - black pearl.
For this vehicle Yelsk Executive Committee is ready to offer 587,100,000 rubles. In the line "source of funding" - a modest phrase "the local budget". Obviously, there are no other immediate expenses in Yelsk region...
