“A transfer is the most awful thing for a prisoner,” Anastasia Palazhanka says.

As charter97.org already reported, Dashkevich has been in prison since December 18, 2010 on far-fethced accusations of “hooliganism". In real case he was punished for his political activity and defending the ideas of free society and independent Belarus.

The political prisoner received another prison sentence on August 28 for alleged failure to obey prison authorities. His sentence was extended by one year.
