An opposition activist Pavel Vinahradau, who had been released after an administrative arrest, was detained by policemen again this morning.

I sat in an office with my inspector Aliaksej Listapadau and watched prophylactic films about the harm of drinking and that one must be careful behind the wheel and by no means violate traffic rules.
