Minsk dwellers: Central Minsk swarms with snipers and shadows

Dwellers of the Belarusian capital inform about a great number of security forces officers in central Minsk.

“Unbelievable, so many policemen, snipers, secret services men are employed for the sake of 4 Vietnamese. In the yard of Victory Square snipers with cased guns were marching into a minibus one after another endlessly. Then dozens of policemen in uniform and in mufti crawled out of the woodwork, from house entrances, from each archway, and even from basements. How many are they? Even the number of people used near the square and in the avenue is impressive,” Lyubou Lunyova, a journalist, wrote on Facebook.

“There is lots of “titushky” (thugs for hire) near the Victory Square,” a journalist Franak Vyachorka wrote on Facebook.

We remind that Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam Nguyen Phu Trong has arrived to Minsk today on an official visit.
