Ministry of Trade closes two more online shops

The Ministry of Trade ordered two online shops to suspend work on January 9.

Charter97.org learnt it from the press service of the Trade Ministry.

“On January 9, the work of the following online shops was suspended due to revealed violations of the legislation on trade and consumer protection:

http://www.kross.by (trading agent sole proprietor Nikolayev V.V.);

http://mir-dvr.by (trading agency unitary enterprise Priorlight-SV),” the press release says.

The Ministry of Trade ordered 11 online shops to suspend work on December 22-24. A number of online shops were closed earlier. The violations of the legislation on trade and consumer protection included failure to give prices in Belarusian rubles, provide full information about the seller, manufacturer and importer, information about money transfers as a payment method, samples of documents that confirm the fact of the sale.
