Riot police dispersed punk party in Minsk

During the party in Minsk club "Pirates" the officers of the elite squad broke in the building.

Eyewitnesses report that many of the riot policemen were masked. Everyone present was recorded onto a video, copied the data and forced to disperse. At the moment the present are made to leave the club. Prison trucks are at the building. Originally there were two of them. Then the third arrived. Human rights activist Mikhail Matskevich, the employee of Lawtrend, who was at the scene, told about it, "Nasha Niva" reports.

According to him, two punks selling punk attributes are detained. Initially detained musicians from Italy were released.

Security officials made no comments.

Acquaintances of the detained participants reported that they were locked up for a while in the club and were not allowed to answer mobile calls.
